Terms of Service

AeroNest provides travel booking assistance by telephone. Our specialists research, quote, and reserve flights, hotels, and bundled travel on your behalf. AeroNest acts as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers; we do not own or operate the transportation or accommodations we book.

All bookings are made based on availability at the time of your call. Quotes are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is authorized.

A booking is confirmed only after you have verbally approved the full price — including taxes and fees — and payment has been authorized. You will receive a confirmation with your itinerary details by your preferred contact method.

It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and notify us promptly of any errors. Travel documents, identification, and visa requirements are your responsibility; requirements vary by destination and traveler nationality.

Prices quoted on a call include the fare or room rate plus any taxes and fees we know at the time of booking. Airlines and hotels may impose additional charges for optional services, changes, baggage, or resort amenities that are outside our control.

Fares and rates are not guaranteed until ticketed or confirmed. If a supplier changes a price after you authorize payment, we will contact you before proceeding.

Change and cancellation rules are set by the airline, hotel, or supplier for each booking and vary widely. Our specialists will state the applicable rules for your specific booking before you confirm.

Payment is authorized by you over the phone at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods our agents confirm on the call. You agree not to dispute validly authorized charges, and to first contact us to resolve any billing question.

Because we act as a booking intermediary, AeroNest is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, schedules, cancellations, delays, or bankruptcies of airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroNest's liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount of our service fees, if any, charged on that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to use our services only for legitimate travel purposes, and not to misuse our phone lines or website. We may decline service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
